4. Orders & Acceptance

Submitting an order does not automatically guarantee acceptance.

An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully processed and the order has been confirmed by Elite Hair Supplier.

5. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

If an item becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we may contact you to arrange a suitable alternative, partial fulfilment, backorder or refund for the unavailable item.

Orders must be paid using one of the payment methods made available at checkout.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery estimates provided by Elite Hair Supplier or our delivery partners are estimates only and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the nominated delivery address, subject to any rights available under Australian Consumer Law.

8. Click & Collect

Click & Collect may be available from selected Elite Hair Supplier locations.

Customers must wait until they have received confirmation that their order is ready before attending the nominated store.

Collection is subject to our separate Click & Collect Terms & Conditions.

9. Returns, Refunds & Consumer Guarantees

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Where a product is faulty, unsafe, materially different from its description or otherwise fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.

Elite Hair Supplier is not required to provide a refund or exchange simply because a customer has changed their mind, except where our Returns Policy expressly provides otherwise.

10. Wholesale & Trade Accounts

Wholesale and trade accounts may be subject to separate pricing, minimum order quantities, discount structures or account conditions.

Wholesale pricing is provided for approved account holders only and must not be shared, transferred or used by unauthorised parties.

Elite Hair Supplier reserves the right to review, suspend or withdraw wholesale account privileges where account conditions are not met.

11. Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to individual terms, expiry dates, minimum spend requirements and product exclusions.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be combined.

Elite Hair Supplier reserves the right to cancel or amend a promotion where an error or technical issue has occurred.
