Shop online and collect in-store with Elite Hair Supplier’s free Click & Collect service. Available across our store locations, it gives you a simple and flexible way to secure your favourite hair and beauty products online and pick them up when it suits you.
Step 1: Shop Online
Add the products you would like to purchase to your shopping cart. When you're ready, proceed to checkout.
Step 2: Choose Click & Collect
Select Click & Collect at checkout and choose your preferred pickup location. You can also nominate someone else to collect your order.
Step 3:
We’ll Let You Know
Once your order is ready, we’ll send you a confirmation by SMS or email.
Step 4: Collect Your Order In Store
Visit your selected Elite Hair Supplier location with your order confirmation and photo ID, and our team will have your order ready to go.
Terms & Conditions
- By selecting Click & Collect at checkout, your order is being placed with Elite Hair Supplier.
- Click & Collect is available from participating Elite Hair Supplier store locations.
- You will receive an SMS and/or email notification once your order has been prepared and is ready for collection.
- Orders can only be collected during the normal trading hours of your selected Elite Hair Supplier location.
- Click & Collect orders must be picked up within 30 days of purchase. Orders not collected within this period may be cancelled and a 30% restocking fee may apply.
- Click & Collect is unavailable on public holidays, even where an order-ready notification has already been issued.
- The person collecting the order must provide valid photo identification matching the details on the order.
- If another person is collecting on your behalf, they must present valid photo identification and be nominated in the order notes or otherwise authorised by the purchaser.
- Returns, exchanges and warranty claims for Click & Collect purchases are subject to Elite Hair Supplier's standard Returns & Warranty Policy and applicable Australian Consumer Law.
Elite Hair Supplier does not accept change-of-mind returns unless otherwise stated in our Returns Policy or required under Australian Consumer Law. Please refer to our full website Terms & Conditions for further information.
